Job summary

Sourcewell is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to support accurate and timely accounting operations across payable, expense reporting, and invoicing. This role reviews transactions, maintains vendor and customer data, and processes annual 1099 reporting, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or four years of related experience.
• Three years of demonstrated experience in finance, accounting, or related analyst role.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage aged debt and optimize the dunning process for overdue payments.
• Process and review accounts payable transactions and expense reports.
• Prepare and maintain vendor and customer records and assist with invoicing.
• Gather data and summarize for special reports and management reviews.
• Analyze problems to propose technical or process improvements.
• Coordinate testing and inspection of processes and implement corrective actions.
• Identify noncompliance and escalate issues per policy.
