Hall CPA PLLC operates as a 100% virtual firm, helping dental practices manage their finances with precision. As an Accounting Manager, you will collaborate with Dedicated Account Managers to ensure timely, accurate financial statements, and drive automation of practice finances to support high-touch client engagement.

You will own monthly closes, prepare management reports, and assist with onboarding and year-end tax processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting/automation tools.
• Experience with dental or medical practice accounting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute monthly closes by reviewing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.
• Prepare monthly Management Reports for practice performance visibility.
• Assist in automating practice finances and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Support client onboarding, year-end closes with tax team, and 1099 processing.
• Provide payroll guidance and sales tax insights as needed.
