Job summary

Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd. (HireNCS) is looking for a Business Development Associate to grow our US/Canada client base from a fully remote setup. You’ll work with warm leads in accounting and tax, moving conversations from first contact to paying clients, and bridging accounting knowledge with sales.

The role sits at the intersection of accounting, marketing, and sales. You’ll demo QuickBooks Online and Xero, discuss client needs, plan outreach, and nurture relationships while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business/Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with 1-2 years in business development.
• IELTS score of 7.0 or higher is required.
• Proven track record of converting leads into paying clients.
• Proven ability to present, build rapport, handle objections, and close deals in a consultative sales setting.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with US/Canada leads.
• Hold 10-12 discovery and presentation meetings per day by video call and phone.
• Present HireNCS services, projects, and case studies to CPAs, tax specialists, and business owners.
• Warm up leads through consistent follow-up by email and phone.
• Demo QuickBooks Online and Xero and explain how HireNCS workflows solve client needs.
• Write clear emails, proposals, and follow-ups that move prospects forward.
• Plan and implement outreach and marketing strategies to improve lead response and conversion rates.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients and hand them over to delivery teams.
• Keep up-to-date records of each lead with status, notes, and next steps.
• Report weekly on meetings, conversion rate, and clients won.
