Synthires is seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to support an AI training project focusing on financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance. You will apply professional expertise to evaluate financial documentation, validate reporting practices, and provide feedback that improves AI outputs.

No prior AI experience is required — your accounting and auditing expertise is what matters. This remote opportunity offers 15 openings and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytical functions.
• Experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse entities.

Responsabilités

• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Develop and validate financial models using Excel and advanced analytical functions.
• Evaluate audit procedures, internal controls, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze tax compliance records for alignment with regulations.
