Synthires is seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to support an AI training project focused on financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance. You’ll apply your professional expertise to evaluate financial documentation and validate reporting practices for improved AI outputs.

No prior AI experience is required—your accounting and auditing background matters. You will review statements for GAAP and IFRS, develop financial models in Excel, assess audits and controls, and prepare

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, auditing or tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and analytical functions.
• Experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Develop and validate financial models using Excel and analytics.
• Evaluate audit procedures, internal controls and documentation.
• Analyze tax compliance records for regulatory alignment.
