Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounting, financial analysis, or financial operations experience.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with general ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Invoicing and client billing experience with contract-based billing.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Analyze actual versus budgeted and forecasted results, identifying key drivers of variances
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage client invoicing and billing processes while ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Monitor billing schedules and recurring deadlines to ensure timely invoicing
• Assist with audit support and accounting documentation needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations
