Qualifications

• 3–5 years accounting, financial analysis, or financial operations experience.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Strong financial reporting and variance analysis abilities.
• Experience with invoicing and client billing.
• Understanding of contract-based billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze actual vs. budgeted/forecasted results and identify drivers of variances.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting/forecasting.
• Manage client invoicing and ensure contract billing compliance.
• Monitor billing schedules and deadlines for timely invoicing.
• Assist with audit support and accounting documentation needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
