Job summary

Howard is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a rock-solid accounting foundation, advanced QuickBooks skills, and exceptional English communication abilities.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, assist with monthly closings, ensure compliance, and collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders across borders. This is a 100% remote role offering USD compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience in global or remote environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger entries, A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks.
• Support monthly closings, trial balances, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and automate accounting workflows.
