Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of accrual-based accounting including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations.
• Dependable with regular attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage projects.
• High attention to detail with proofreading and editing skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, aging reports, and reconciling accounts.
• Record routine journal entries and bank transactions.
• Enter accounts payable bills and credit card transactions as needed.
• Perform month-end closings and account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, making corrections and adjustments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Provide support to accounting team members as required.
