Job summary

Compucom is seeking an Account Support Rep Associate in a remote US role. This entry-level position handles day-to-day account interaction and order processing for designated accounts, including contract provisions and pricing setup.

You will monitor issues, support the account team, and coordinate with vendors to keep operations efficient. The ideal candidate shows strong detail orientation, analytical ability, and professional communication, with English fluency and optional French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Purchasing or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate under pressure managing multiple accounts and demanding situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an effective manager.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Comprehensive spoken and written English.
• Comprehensive spoken and written French if applicable.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for assigned accounts with accuracy and required documentation.
• Manage Salesforce queue and reassign complex cases to senior ASRs.
• Request SKU creation and maintain Special Pricing SKUs for accurate pricing.
• Handle RMA and CRB requests from start to finish and follow up on completion.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries such as ETA requests, invoices, and tracking.
• Open order management for holds, PO timing, and vendor invoicing.
• Assist with Marketplace Portal setup and ongoing maintenance per client needs.
• Maintain communication with the account team and ASRs for smooth operations.
• Manage incoming/outgoing calls per customer or team requirements.
• Provide quotes for EUC equipment and identify upsell opportunities.
• Support other projects and assignments as needed.
