Stratford Davis is expanding its fully remote sales team in the United States. The Account Sales Representative role focuses on Life Insurance, Indexed Universal Life, and Annuities, working from home with pre-qualified leads and no cold calls.

You will guide clients through financial decisions, build trust, and manage the full sales journey with ongoing training and mentorship. Flexible schedule and performance-based incentives are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
• Self-driven with ability to manage own schedule in a remote setting.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Experience in remote sales is a plus but not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through financial decisions remotely as a trusted advisor.
• Sell Life Insurance, IULs, and Annuities to pre-qualified leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor personalized solutions.
• Deliver virtual presentations to educate clients on products.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from contact to policy.
• Keep CRM updated with client interactions and progress.
