Job summary

Balchem is seeking a seasoned Sales Territory Manager to cover California with a focus on Southern CA and parts of the Midwest. The ideal candidate resides in CA or AZ and will drive growth for Minerals & Nutrients across key accounts.

You will report to the Director of Sales, lead strategy development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve budget targets in a large geographic area.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional sales experience in food & beverage, human nutrition, VMS, or DS industry.
• Strong network in Food & Beverage, VMS, and Dietary Supplement industry.
• Excellent cross-functional and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of a complex organization.
• Strong leadership and time management skills; capable of working independently over a large geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Foster and manage sales and market development for assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategy to win key accounts and growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales goals and budgets for the territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Balchem leaders to drive Minerals & Nutrients growth.
