Job summary

Dentsu International, via Merkle, is seeking an Account Manager for USA remote Colorado to maintain client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and value through strong account management and collaboration.

You will coordinate across marketing units, manage campaigns, and serve as the main client liaison, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. The role offers a salary range and comprehensive benefits with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department.
• Experience with online/offline creative development and production, digital marketing, and multi-channel marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms is a plus (Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies and serve as the main liaison for deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal Merkle teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget work.
• Lead status calls, traffic management, and relationships with clients to ensure high-quality outputs.
