Job summary

Excel Impact, LLC in the United States is seeking a data-driven Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation space. This remote role demands strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise.

You will manage a portfolio of partners with a focus on monthly and yearly revenue growth, lead-to-sales conversion, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment.
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth.
• Track and optimize KPIs, including lead to sales conversion rate and lead volume/spend growth.
• Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights.
• Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies, driving YoY partner spend increases.
• Collaborate with internal marketing to enhance lead distribution and performance.
