Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive a targeted book of high-profile Life Sciences accounts, aiming to add new accounts and expand current ones.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business within specific accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales processes with prospective and current customers, aligning their objectives with our offerings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to align expectations with our product roadmap.
  • Advocate for new product features and share customer insights across teams.
  • Represent Blue Mountain at industry and cloud provider events, showcasing our expertise.
  • Travel to key geographies to meet with and develop customer and prospect relationships.

Required Background and Skills:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive with proven success.
  • 3-5 years selling SaaS into Life Sciences.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present confidently to C-Suite clients.
  • Proven success in building trust with executive sponsors and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical acumen and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Sugar) and LinkedIn.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluent verbal and written English.
