Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking an Accessibility Specialist to drive accessibility modernization for the Enterprise Copyright System. You will lead audits, perform remediation, and collaborate across engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders to embed accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.

You will ensure WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 compliance, strengthen automated testing in CI/CD, and mentor teams to build broader accessibility expertise across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508
• Hands-on accessibility testing with automated and manual methods
• Experience with assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver
• Experience collaborating with software engineering, design, product, and QA teams

Responsibilities

• Lead accessibility audits across the Design System and development pipeline
• Perform hands-on remediation of high-impact accessibility issues
• Develop prioritization framework for accessibility risks
• Partner with UX, engineering, QA, and clients' stakeholders
• Work within the Design System to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA conformance
• Advance automated testing in CI/CD with axe-core, Pa11y, ANDI
