Job summary

Sygna Solutions seeks an Atlan Access & Platform Architect to design scalable access control leveraging RBAC/ABAC. You will define persona-based policies, map to identity providers, and create an external-user strategy for 2,000 customers while integrating with existing IAM tooling.

Qualifications

5+ years in IAM architecture or data governance.
Experience with Atlan deployments or equivalent tools like Collibra/ Purview.
Designed RBAC/ABAC for 1000+ users including externals.
Hands-on with Atlan personas, metadata, policies, tagging, domains.

Responsibilities

Diagnose current issues and fix UAT visibility without disrupting existing users.
Design target access model with four tiers: Volunteers, Volunteer Leadership, Staff Leadership, Power Users.
Plan external-user access for 2,000 external customers with separation from internal users.
Integrate with identity: map to SSO groups and automate SCIM provisioning/deprovisioning.
Collaborate with data architects/engineers to align with data architecture and pipelines.
Align configuration with Two-Layer Access Approval / Expanded Use Review and DSAA.
Define UAT test cases to verify visibility for each persona before onboarding waves.
Produce handoff materials and runbooks for internal teams.
