Job summary

Udacity, now an Accenture company, seeks a Senior Accelerator Mentor to support learners in weekly 1:1 sessions and online activities. This remote, part-time contractor role focuses on product analytics, growth strategies, and data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.

You will guide students through course content, organize webinars, and foster an engaging online community while collaborating with Udacity representatives to escalate issues and drive progress.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• 4+ years of working experience related to the listed skillsets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students daily over an online community forum.
• Answer questions around course content over the forum and facilitate content for students who get stuck.
• Participate in organizing community activities in coordination with the forum’s admin to ensure a fun and engaging learning environment and to help in improving students’ progress.
• Share interesting extracurricular information over its dedicated categories, such as content-related news articles and useful resources to enrich the personal and professional aspects of the community.
• Attend regular online meetings/ office hours with Udacity representatives through zoom, the online forum, or other medians if needed.
• Be responsive over close groups and discussions with Udacity representatives.
• Encourage engagement through discussions, webinars, and technical activities.
• Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team when needed.
