Responsibilities

• Support program design by contributing to brainstorms, developing project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with Talent Density and cross-functional People Team members to execute program logistics end-to-end.
• Gather and analyze feedback to assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to enable scalability and clear communication across stakeholders.
