Responsibilities

• Support program design with brainstorming, session development, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Talent Density and cross-functional People Team partners to execute logistics end-to-end.
• Gather and analyze feedback to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Document processes to ensure scalability and clear communication across stakeholders.
