Qualifications

• 5+ years in absence management, disability, PFML, or related fields.
• Experience in consulting, employer absence management, or insurance carriers.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with client-facing delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; cross-functional collaboration required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined client project workstreams: planning, data gathering, analysis, and deliverables.
• Assess operations across carriers, TPAs, employers, and suppliers and measure performance.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, process assessments, and benchmarking for insights.
• Support product and service design for disability, leave, PFML, and accommodations.
• Develop executive presentations, market studies, and thought-leadership material.
• Participate in client meetings and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in proposals and pricing.
