Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a US-based client, seeks an ABA Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across designated markets in a fully remote role.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers, focusing on Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, collaborating with operations, HR, and local teams to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

1-2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, with ABA recruiting experience preferred.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally in remote healthcare or ABA environments.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and relationship-building skills.
Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality and integrity across all candidate interactions.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians and RBTs across designated areas.
Source qualified candidates via ATS, job boards, social media and other channels.
Review applications, conduct screenings and interviews, extend offers and maintain follow-up communication.
Partner with operations, HR and local teams to identify current and upcoming staffing needs.
Maintain accurate candidate activity, postings and recruitment data in the ATS.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
Represent the organization professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
