Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking an ABA Recruiting Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for ABA and clinical positions, including RBTs, Behavior Technicians, MLPs and Clinical Supervisors.

You will partner with clinical leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, run intake sessions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive timely offers while building talent pipelines for high-demand roles in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or related fields preferred.
• Experience recruiting for BCBA, RBT, Behavior Technician or other clinical positions preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA and clinical roles including RBTs, BTs, MLPs and Clinical Supervisors.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Conduct intake meetings to align on compensation, location, schedules and timelines.
• Screen applicants, facilitate interviews, and provide candidate recommendations.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to optimize sourcing and candidate experience.
