Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a remote healthcare recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians nationwide. You will screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate with operations and HR. Prior ABA recruiting and 1–3 years healthcare recruiting are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years healthcare recruiting experience, preferably ABA.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for BTs/RBTs in designated area.
• Collaborate with operations, HR and local teams to identify staffing needs.
• Source candidates via ATS, social media and other channels; track activity in ATS.
