Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring part-time ABA professionals to deliver one-on-one services to clients in homes or community settings across the USA. You will record data, track progress, and work closely with the clinical team and families to support individualized goals.

We value flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Training and ongoing CEUs are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience in delivering ABA services to children preferred.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, in-home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and families to support goals.
• Maintain a calm, patient demeanor with children.
