Job summary

Ladders is seeking a 6G Security Program Manager to lead complex wireless security R&D programs in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This remote role partners with technical, compliance, and stakeholder teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in 6G security architectures, program leadership, and secure technology transfer in highly regulated environments, plus a Bachelor’s degree and TS-SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI.
• Deep technical expertise in 6G security architectures.
• Experience in wireless communications.
• Familiarity with DoW or IC engineering and operations programs.
• PMI Project Management Professional or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in Department of War Research and Engineering offices.

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex communication R&D projects.
• Oversee risk management and compliance with security standards.
• Drive technology transfer of advanced communication capabilities.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain project documentation.

For our client, we are seeking a 6G Security Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead complex communication research and development programs with a focus on advanced wireless security. The position partners closely with technical, compliance, and stakeholder teams to keep multiple initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in 6G security architectures, program leadership, and secure technology transfer in highly regulated environments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $157,500 – $283,500 annually
