Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking a skilled 3D Video Production Artist to join a development team remotely from the US. The role focuses on creating high-level interactive courseware and case study videos, including 3D visuals, previz, and post-production tasks such as editing.

Strong expertise in Maya/Max, Unity, and Adobe tools is expected. The candidate will handle animatics, lighting, camera staging, and scene setup across the 3D production pipeline, with emphasis on storytelling, timing, and asset prep

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D animation or 3D art/game design (with animation skills).
• 3+ years’ experience as a 3D Animator or Multimedia/Technical Artist.
• Proficiency in industry standard 3D software for animation and modeling.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Experience in game engine(s).
• Experience in animatic creation.
• Experience in 3D video production pipeline.

Responsibilities

• PreViz: storyboard interpretation and shot planning.
• 3D layout: set dressing and camera prep.
• Animatics: combine storyboard visuals with audio.
• 3D Animation: animate props, aircraft, characters and cameras.
• Postproduction: video editing and compositing for animatics.
• 3D hard surface modeling: create props and aircraft; prep assets.
