Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior 3D Animator for its in-house Creative Services team. The role creates 3D renders and animations and edits them into finished video for marketing, customer engagements, events, and internal communications.

You will translate engineering and technical subject matter into clear visual content that aligns with brand standards, working with engineers and program teams, and applying AI tools when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Senior-level experience in 3D animation and video production.
• Ability to translate technical content into engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, model, light, and render 3D animations for marketing and events.
• Edit video by combining animation, live footage, motion graphics, audio, and titles.
• Translate technical material into clear visual stories with engineers.
• Apply AI tools to improve quality or speed per policy.
• Manage projects from brief to delivery with timelines and revisions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders while protecting quality and intent.
• Maintain organized project files and render pipelines.
• Travel up to 10% for events and shoots.
• Mentor junior staff in 3D and video techniques.
