Job summary

EQL Tech (frontier talent) is seeking the second in-house software engineer to join a small, mission‑driven team. The platform is mid‑migration from a legacy monolith to a modern Next.js and .NET stack on Azure, with CI, containerization, and V2 architecture in progress.

You’ll write code from day one on defined features, collaborating with the Lead Engineer. As V2 matures, there is a clear path to owning larger end‑to‑end features while shipping for millions of learners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong mission-driven orientation and impact motivation.
• Proficient in production-grade React applications.
• Balanced full-stack capability (80% frontend, 20% backend).
• Self-starter who cuts through ambiguity in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Code from day one on defined feature work under Lead Engineer guidance.
• Contribute to evolving V2 with end-to-end feature ownership as it matures.
• Work hands-on and pragmatically to deliver impact at scale.
