Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role.
• Active Xactimate token and proficiency writing estimates.
• Ability to inspect damaged property and document findings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties and document damages.
• Prepare comprehensive scopes of damage and Xactimate estimates.
• Photograph properties and gather evidence for claims.
• Coordinate with management to meet company standards.
