Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking 1-on-1 Math Tutors to support project testing and curriculum development. You will deliver one-on-one online math lessons to students in Grades 1–4 across North America, aligned with CCSS, and teach in English using engaging, student-centered methods.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with teaching experience or certification preferred, and are available weekday evenings and weekends. Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Education, or related field.
• Teaching experience or a teaching certificate preferred.
• Available for weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for Grades 1–4 across North America.
• Teach in English using student-centered methods and CCSS alignment.
• Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs.
• Provide timely feedback and guidance to support progress.
• Maintain patience and warmth with young learners and adapt communication.
• Paid training will be provided to help you get started.
