New Level Interiors, Inc. is seeking a Remodeling Specialist to perform residential interior remodeling on local Frankfort, IL job sites. You will handle kitchens, bathrooms, basements, trim, drywall, flooring, and finish work with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential remodeling, carpentry, or related construction experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of general interior remodeling tasks and tools.
• Experience with trim, flooring, drywall, painting, cabinet installation, or tile work preferred.
• Ability to read measurements accurately and complete quality work with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-first attitude.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and perform physical work regularly (reasonable accommodations available).
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites within ~40 minutes of Frankfort, IL.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test after offer, consistent with Illinois law.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Compensation: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (DOE)
