New Level Interiors, Inc. is seeking a General Construction Worker/Laborer in Frankfort, IL to support interior remodels across kitchens, bathrooms, basements and more.

You will work with experienced carpenters, learn the trade on the job, and help with setup, cleanup, and hands-on construction tasks on local projects. This full-time, W-2 role emphasizes reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Some experience in carpentry, construction, or general labor preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools; willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites within ~40 minutes of Frankfort, IL.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test after offer, consistent with Illinois law.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of hire.

Responsibilities
