Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and work from blueprints.
  • Solid understanding of structural codes and carpenter math for level, square, and plumb.
  • Own basic trade tools including circular saw, hammer, level and drill.

Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed carpentry tasks including wall, floor, ceiling, and roof framing with strict adherence to structural codes.
  • Install high-end doors, windows, drywall, and sheathing to exact design specifications.
  • Read and interpret architectural blueprints to plan daily tasks and accurately prepare cut sheets.
  • Maintain level, square, and plumb standards across all phases of construction to ensure seamless transitions for subsequent trades.
  • Communicate material requirements and project updates to supervisors in advance to eliminate job site delays.

You will play a vital role in executing fine residential remodeling and historic restoration projects where craftsmanship is valued above all else. Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Ownership of basic trade tools including circular saw, hammer, level and drill.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and field team members.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Hands‑on experience specializing in historic home restoration or custom residential remodeling.
