BB-Builders Pro is a family-owned remodeling and construction company in the Bellevue, WA area seeking a Remodeling Sales & Project Manager. You will meet with qualified homeowners, understand their needs, present the right solutions, close the project, and stay involved to ensure delivery.

The role blends sales, design/construction knowledge, and project management. You will work with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to build great projects and exceptional client

Qualifications

• Experience in selling remodeling projects to homeowners.
• Ability to lead consultations and close remodeling projects.
• Knowledge of materials, scope, and construction processes.
• Interior design experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners and lead consultations.
• Present solutions and close remodeling projects.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor scope, schedule and client expectations.
• Track projects using Buildertrend.
• Identify issues early to keep projects on track.
