• Willingness to learn more about residential construction and company processes.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients about remodeling or construction goals.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs, priorities, and expectations.
• Explain company services and the next steps in the project process.
• Use construction knowledge to support informed initial conversations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and keep communication moving.
• Document client needs and important project information.
• Coordinate with the project team to support a clear handoff.
