Job summary

Sebring Design Build in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Remodeling Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This onsite role demands strong leadership, organization, and a hands-on approach to carpentry tasks as needed.

You’ll coordinate teams, trade partners, and clients to deliver quality results on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
• Strong understanding of residential remodeling and construction practices.
• Hands-on carpentry experience with field support.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sold projects for production and construction kickoff.
• Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and internal team members.
• Monitor project budgets and job costs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress and expectations.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections.
• Resolve field challenges and unforeseen project issues.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Lead production teams while promoting accountability, safety, and professionalism.

About The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. This position serves as the primary leader for production activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with clients and team members, and can confidently navigate the challenges of a fast-paced remodeling environment. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
