Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath, a growing bathroom remodeling company in Florida, seeks an Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to keep purchasing, inventory, warehouse flow, invoicing, and daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage orders, track shipments, and support installers with materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and excels at keeping many moving parts on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years in purchasing, inventory, or related coordination role preferred.
• Strong computer skills with spreadsheets and multiple systems.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review sales work orders and identify materials needed for upcoming jobs.
• Create and submit purchase orders to vendors.
• Track orders and shipments from purchase to warehouse delivery.
• Coordinate with Accounting for purchase approvals.
• Resolve order issues, shortages, or damaged materials quickly.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with warehouse organization.
• Track purchasing and project-related expenses.
