Job summary

Renewal Concept is looking for an experienced Remodeling Lead who can work hands-on while helping manage day-to-day jobsite operations. The role includes leading a small remodeling crew on bathroom and kitchen projects, handling tile and waterproofing systems, and performing drywall, trim, doors, flooring, and general carpentry.

Read plans, coordinate daily tasks, and keep projects moving while maintaining clean, organized sites and communicating with homeowners and management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of remodeling/construction experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license
• English required; Ukrainian/English bilingual is a plus
