Job summary

Missouri Restoration and Construction LLC is seeking a reliable Construction Laborer for residential remodeling projects across Boone, Callaway, and Cole Counties. You will assist with hands-on labor, site setup, material handling, and basic trade tasks while supporting foremen and working well with the team.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs., travel between job sites, and maintain high safety standards. Full-time, daytime hours 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• General construction/remodeling experience preferred, willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to job sites.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on physical labor, site setup and teardown across residential remodeling projects.
• Support trades on-site including carpentry, drywall, framing, demolition, and general home maintenance.
• Safely perform tasks under foreman direction and complete duties independently when required.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following site safety protocols and operating basic tools.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers, sub-contractors, and property owners.
