About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the residential construction and remodeling industry. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of residential projects including kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, basement finishing, and more.

As a growing company with a small, close-knit team, we offer hands‑on training and the potential for advancement into leadership roles such as crew lead or project supervisor for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead carpenter and crew members with all phases of residential remodeling projects
• Perform demolition work safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites for construction work
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout projects
• Learn proper use of hand and power tools
• Follow safety protocols and company standards on all job sites
• Provide excellent customer service while working in clients' homes
• Support the team in completing projects on time and to our high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
• Some hands‑on construction experience preferred but not required
• Basic hand tools a plus
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in various positions throughout the day
• Capability to work in different weather conditions and temperatures
