Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. is seeking a skilled contractor for remodeling projects in Cumming, Georgia. The role involves demolishing and removing existing cabinetry, and updating plumbing and electrical as needed.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
• General Liability Insurance.
• Worker's Comp Insurance.
• 3 Supervisor references and/or client references.
• Pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects.

Responsibilities

• Remodel to include tasks such as demolishing and removing existing cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
• Update plumbing, electrical, and framing as needed.
• Install new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and finishes.
• Complete painting, backsplash, and trim details.
• Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
