Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. is seeking skilled contractors to undertake remodeling projects in Atlanta, Georgia. Responsibilities include demolishing existing structures, updating plumbing and electrical systems, and installing new cabinetry and countertops. The ideal candidate must possess the appropriate contractor or trade licenses, general liability and worker's compensation insurance, and provide supervisor references along with documentation of past projects. The emphasis is on ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and meticulous job site cleanup.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
• General Liability Insurance.
• Worker's Comp Insurance.
• 3 Supervisor references and/or client references.
• Pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects.

Responsibilities

• Remodel to include tasks such as demolishing and removing existing cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
• Update plumbing, electrical, and framing as needed.
• Install new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and finishes.
• Complete painting, backsplash, and trim details.
• Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
