Kitchen Tune-Up Woodstock/Atlanta, GA is seeking a qualified contractor for bath renovations. Responsibilities include demolition and renovation tasks involving key fixtures, ensuring high customer satisfaction through jobsite cleanup. Candidates must hold a Contractor's License, have general liability and worker's comp insurance, and provide references and evidence of prior successful projects.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
• General Liability Insurance required.
• Worker's Comp Insurance required.
• 3 Supervisor references and/or client references needed.
• Prior project documentation with pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews.

Responsibilities

• Demolition of existing bath space and renovation work including key fixtures.
• Subcontractors to provide own supplies, excluding major materials.
• Ensure jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
