Mad City Windows & Baths, backed by Renuity, is hiring remodeling helpers to support growing demand across the Midwest. We offer year-round work, competitive pay starting at $20/hour and opportunity to grow with experience.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of remodeling or construction experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with homeowners. We provide tools, training, and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Some window installation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is hiring immediately for remodeling helpers. We are expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest and East Coast and are looking for A-Team players to join the team! Mad City is ready pay you what you are worth based on your experience.

We are searching for individuals who have basic remodeling or general construction experience. The individual will be responsible for showing up to work each day, completing quality work, answering homeowner's questions about the install, and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Some window installation experience preferred

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
