Job summary

MIDWESTGuard LLC seeks skilled Construction Technicians with a strong emphasis on painting for residential and commercial remodeling projects in the Joplin, MO area. You will assist in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and exterior upgrades while following blueprints and safety rules.

Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience, ability to work in various weather conditions, and a teamwork mindset. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for advancement and ongoing

Qualifications

• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and remodeling best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled and motivated Construction Technician with a strong emphasis on painting skills to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in residential and/or commercial remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, flooring, painting, and other interior/exterior upgrades. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Install drywall, flooring, trim, cabinetry, and other finishes.
• Assist with all phases of remodeling projects under supervision.
