Job summary

Sebring Design Build is seeking a Remodeling Carpenter to join our team in Franklin, TN. You will perform both rough and finish carpentry, installs for cabinetry and millwork, and assist with flooring and painting on high-end residential remodels.

The role offers full-time, on-site work with a collaborative, safety-conscious team. You’ll contribute to projects from rough framing through final touches while upholding Sebring’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential carpentry and finish carpentry.
• Experience installing cabinetry and millwork.
• Familiarity with flooring, tile, drywall, and painting work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for company vehicle use.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions while also working independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Protect clients' homes and belongings throughout the remodeling process.
• Represent Sebring professionally when interacting with clients and trade partners.

The Opportunity

As a Remodeling Carpenter, you will play a key role in bringing our remodeling projects to life. From rough carpentry to detailed finish work, you will help ensure every project reflects the level of quality and professionalism our clients have come to expect from Sebring Design Build.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and takes ownership of the finished product.
