Job summary

Platte + Pine Construction & Remodel in the Omaha metro is seeking a Remodeling Carpenter to turn approved plans and 3D renderings into finished spaces, handling rough and finish carpentry in occupied homes.

You will work from framing to cabinetry, maintain job-site cleanliness, follow a defined scope, communicate clearly with homeowners and the project manager, and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential carpentry experience; remodeling experience preferred.
• Strong finish carpentry skills, including cabinetry, trim, and millwork installation.
• Own hand tools and standard power tools; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Rough carpentry: framing, blocking, layout, structural modifications, subfloor, and door/window installation.
• Finish carpentry: cabinetry, trim, base and casing, built-ins, doors, and hardware.
• Support related scopes: drywall, flooring, paint touch-ups as needed in occupied homes.
• Build from plans, 3D renderings, and defined scope of work.
