Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, a thorough understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction, and proficiency with electrical and manual tools such as powered saws, hammers, and measurement tools. The candidate should also have great hand dexterity, an eye for detail, and the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. Self-motivation and a commitment to quality and efficiency are essential.

Responsibilities Include

• Demolition of interior parts of a house, including knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Experience in framing and finish carpentry.
• Fireblocking, insulation hanging, blowing, and installation of LVP flooring.
• Closing out a house (punch list), including installing hardware, mirrors, and adjusting cabinets.
• Reading blueprints and plans.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on carpentry experience.
• Understanding of carpentry techniques and installation methods.
• Proficiency with electrical and manual tools.
• Great hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Driver's License (Required).

Experience

• Construction Experience: 5 years (Required)
• Carpentry: 5 years (Required)
