Blake Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Skilled Carpenter to join our residential remodeling and construction team.

You will work on all phases of residential construction, delivering quality workmanship and collaborating with a crew or independently as needed. The role involves framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and finishing carpentry, with duties including door/window installation, reading plans, and maintaining a safe, clean site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience with residential remodeling.
• Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
